Banner pens or scroll pens delivered may be returned for a refund, exchange, or replacement within 21 days if they are found to be faulty. The cost of returns may be refunded in whole or in part to the customer depending on the fault with the pens.
Banner pens or scroll pens that are damaged on delivery must be reported to Bayfan.com within 48 hours of being delivered. Goods must be visually inspected by the customer on delivery for damage and an acceptance of delivery docket completed noting any damage that resulted from delivery. Goods that are missing, delivered faulty, or defective by Pulloutpens.com may be replaced, repaired, refunded, or exchanged provided Pulloutpens.com is informed in writing within 21 days.
Clauses 1 and 2 above do not apply to any defect in the goods caused by the fault, negligence, or failure of the customer.
