Note if you only have one artwork for whole quantity you ordered, you don't need to order this item again. This set up cost only applies when you 2 or 3 or more artwork designs in one order. For example, you place an order of 3000pcs banner pens, but you 3 different artwork designs, 1000pcs per artwork design. In such case you need to order 2 extra banner pens artworks set up chargers for your order. (by default each order have one free artwork set up cost)
